I engaged Paul to look at some significant damp rising up from floor level in our Villa in Playa Blanca. 
He provide a very reasonable quote for the work, and scheduled time suitable to us to come and remediate the walls
He did a very thorough job, cleaning down the surfaces, and applying damp proving solution, and then made good with paint and filler.
The work is of the highest quality, and we are really happy with the end result.

Paul came highly recommended to us when we were choosing a reliable builder to do a complete refurbishment of our property in Puerto del Carmen as he and his team were able to do all the various works involved from the building work, plumbing, electrics, tiling, windows & doors to creating a new kitchen, en suite bathroom and a multi use storage room. We were recommended Paul by a friend to re-tile our apartment balcony and his advice and workmanship along with his friendly approach prompted my wife and I to allow him to completely re-tile the apartment floors and refurbish both the kitchen and bathroom making a 1st class job. His ability to converse with the Spanish makes him indispensable when choosing materials and his willingness to accompany you on shopping trips enables you to ask his advice before making costly purchases. Paul has been carrying out various tiling work for me at my previous villa in Los Mojones and present Toscon villa over a period of 8 years.

Paul ordered and fitted my kitchen and took care of my plumbing and electrics, tracy took me shopping and helped me pick out my tiles.
